Processing Times, Shipping and Costs
Processing Times
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your purchased item, before shipping it. This is counted from the moment you put in your order until your order is shipped.
These times can vary by item so please check each individual item for its specific processing times.
Generally speaking, for rings or other items from the "Curated Collection" and are available in-stock, please allow 1 to 3 business days (might be higher during busy periods).
On the other hand, for other custom design items, or rings from the "Handcrafted Collection" please allow 2 to 3 weeks.
Some Important Notes on Processing Times:
- I do not usually ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and Australian Public Holidays
- For engraving services, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing
- If you need your item sooner, please reach out to see if I can expedite, I will always do my best to meet your expectations
Shipping Times
Shipping time is the time it takes to ship your purchased item, after it has been processed. This is counted from the moment I ship your order until you receive it.
Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 5 to 7 business days. If you want to expedite your shipping, you can choose to purchase an upgrade to Express Post which usually takes 2 - 3 business days. One important thing to remember is that when your item leaves my workshop, I have no control over the shipping process. I will do my best to support you and help with courier enquiries.
International shipping times vary depending on the country of destination. The average duration is 8 to 15 business days, but may exceed that depending on how remote the location is. You may opt to expedite your shipping by purchasing an upgrade to International Express Post which has an average duration of 5 to 7 business days.
Couriers do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Australian Public Holidays as part of their shipping days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping to domestic clients, within Australia, is free of charge. International clients will be charged for shipping, the fees will be calculated upon check-out.
If you would like to opt for an Express shipping option, all clients, both domestic and international, will have the option to purchase an upgrade to Express Post at check-out. The price will vary for domestic and international clients.
General Note on VAT, Customs and Duties:
Except for shipments to the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. I recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what additional costs (if any) may apply before making your purchase. For shipments to the United States, I use services provided by Zonos to make sure duties are paid in advance to avoid incurring fees upon entry into the US. These costs are built into pricing structure for clients based in the US.
For all other countries where your customs department will hold your order until duties and customs fees are paid, they will get in touch with you for payment and further instructions. Except for shipping to the United States, Solis Forge cannot be held responsible for your customs fees. In case you refuse to pay any incurred duties, taxes and customs charges, or fail to make payment on time, and your shipment is held at the local postal office, I will not be able to process a refund. If the order is returned to me in pristine, original condition, and is neither a custom order nor bears personalized engraving, I can process a refund minus the shipping fee.
